You have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (no-show), you will be charged a fee of £100.
